Pale Ale with rye malt and New Zeland hops.
Bitter, dry with a fruity and resinuos aroma…
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C”

There is a lot to like about this APA. The most obvious being the collaboration of 2 of the finest craft beer heavyweights from Italy and Denmark respectively. The other is the trippy artwork (which a couple of years ago when we first tried this) caught our eye. Served in a shaker glass. The slightly hazy golden orange pour produced a 1 inch fluffy white head with good retention. Laced well. The aroma is offering fruity and resinous hops, pine needle, peach, grapefruit, soft caramel, spice and grape. In the mouth it’s quite dry and bubbly with medium carbonation. Medium bodied. Initially the tongue is met with high bitterness with hints of grapefruit and rye. The mid-palate takes on a more earthy and malty angle which in turn delivers a dry, bitter finish with lingering citrus notes. Maybe a subtle warming hint of booze (5.8%ABV) on the back end also. Good length. This beer easily stacks up against some of the best APA’s we’ve tried. Excellent offering.
