Glassware: IPA glass.

Appearance: Brekky juice with two fingers of foamy white head perched on top. It peels off to a fine overlay and sheds a neat lace as we hook in.

Aroma: It displays the typical brekky juice but there’s a few certain fruits that stand out namely mango, pineapple and passion fruit. There is quite a dank-ness to it…the nose-tingling booze definitely adds a bit of oomph to it as well. We always love it when NEIPA’s have that Frosty Fruit character to it and this has it in spades! Really high quality aroma.

Flavour: More of the same quality transitions to the palate as it opens with a wave of tropical fruit led by the sweet mango and pineapple and supported by passion fruit, peach, melon and lychee. Really get that sugary Frosty Fruit flavour in the background. Hardly any malt, a bit of resinous hop and an overflow of tropical fruit in the finish. Just delish!

Mouthfeel: Smooth, creamy and inoffensive. Medium co2 and body. Well concealed 8.5% AbV and IBU (55). Very tidy.

Overall: Everything is where and how it should be and it’s balanced like a beer on a barrel! Outrageously crushable. Flawless…absolutely flawless!
