Ticket Booth Pale Ale

100005224624281_146532This is from sideshow brewery in VIC, which we must admit we know very little about. Info on the bottle states that there are three different hops used and because of this, the aroma is very strong after popping the cap. We almost thought it was an ipa. We like what we sensing here. Pouring a hazy amber colour with a decent head that fades to some lacing in the tulip glass. Strong smell of pine, citrus, peach, and biscuity malt. Mouthfeel is clean with moderate body and decent carbonation. Flavours of grapefruit, pine, lemon, caramel malt, and spice. Really smooth drop this. Not overly bitter on the palate but It seems like a IPA due to the resinous, bold hops used. It’s well brewed and we hope that we see more from this little brewery.
