Glassware: IPA glass.

Appearance: Murky mustard yellow body with a huge three and a bit finger head capping it off. Solid head retention with a smattering of lace left behind.

Aroma: Tonnes of uplift. As the glass just sits their idle we can still get wafts of juicy fruits like mango, pineapple and guava. It has that somewhat chalky vanilla note with flashes of minerals, herbs and botanicals also coming through. Some grapefruit, apple/pear and citrus rind in here too. Dead set right on the money.

Flavour: Holy moly this is good. Super smooth and fruity as it comes on, oodles of sweet fleshy fruits (mango, pineapple, orange, melon), some pine resin, grassy hop, creamy vanilla and grapefruit. A touch of bready malt forming as it finishes remarkably smooth and fruity with lingering grassy hop and pine resins in the tail.

Mouthfeel: Creamy and slightly chalky with the 8.1% ABV concealed magnificently. Lively co2 and a nicely held IBU (45).

Overall: Incredible. Most probably one of the best NEIPA’s we’ve ever had. Faultless.
