Poured into a tulip glass (should have been a snifter or shaker), there is a beautiful rich reddy/ copper colour. There is a small head. The aroma is strong..potent hops, with the scents of orange, pineapple, pine, and grapefruit. There is a berry like nose and this must be the bramble, or blackberry. Mouthfeel is almost chewy with a caramel/toffee and fruit flavour of berry, and more grapefruit and citrus. Almost grassy. There is some decent carbonation on the mouth but it’s nicely balanced and that dryness from the hops is welcome. This is a really good IPA .
