It’s just bigger and juicier than it’s bitter West Coast counterpart, like sippin’ hazy hop nectar from a can. It’s all good.”

Glassware: IPA glass.

Appearance: Golden orange hue with a lot of thick suspended sediment. It holds a creamy two finger head for days and weaves a thick webbed lace down the sides of the glass.

Aroma: A good dose of tropical fruit – mango, pineapple, melon etc. Hints of orange citrus and a flutter of ruby grapefruit. Getting whiffs of a semi sweet malt structure that offers delicate caramel and buttery notes. East coast style IPA eh?

Flavour: More of the same on the palate. Tropical fruit, some stone fruit and citrus also getting a look in. A light grapefruit acidity midway leading to a dry bitter finish with lengthy notes of citrus and floral hops on the rear

Mouthfeel: Slick and reasonably smooth with mild-medium body. Good co2. A bit of hop bitterness in the swallow.

Overall: Somewhat confusing. They portray this as an east coast IPA but it screams west coast from start to finish. Minimal haze (just shitloads of thick sediment), tropical fruity hops, medium-high bitterness. Bullshit indeed!
